Movies Galore takes a look at director Eugenio Villani’s Short film “Haselwurm” from 2011!

Brought to us by HSLWRM Productions Italian director Eugenio Villani is a tale inspired by mythical stories from Italy and from the mind of Lovecraft… as well as the writing talents of David Fragale.

A man and a woman are traveling a barren wasteland under some interesting terrain and fantastical mountain scenery when they inadvertently shoot a creature called a Hazelwurm last of its kind… said that if the meat of the creature was eaten that it would be able to make one invisible and lead one to untold fortunes…

 

But also the consequences of their actions…

I think that this film leads one to the possibility of what if… what if creatures like this or the unicorn or dragons or big foot exist…

I think the acting at least of the female lead was spot on as the man didn’t really have to say or do much here so it was more of a female role…

I think this was an interesting concept and would satisfy the horror enthusiast and I’d recommend this film most definitely
